Drew is a Research Analyst for Lee & Associates of Eastern Pennsylvania. he brings a keen analytical eye and a passion for data-driven insights to the team. In his role, Drew will focus on analyzing market trends, evaluating commercial property data, and generating actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. He is an integral team member of our industrial research team with providing support to the success of our brokerage teams in our Eastern Pennsylvania offices.

Drew is an emerging commercial real estate analysis talent with a strong investment underwriting foundation. He holds a degree in Real Estate with a focus on commercial investment underwriting from Temple University’s Fox School of Business, graduating in May 2024. Drew's career began with hands-on experience as a Residential Leasing Agent at JBMP Group, where he worked both as an intern and part-time during his senior year. This role honed his skills in property management and client interactions.

Drew joined Lee & Associates of Eastern Pennsylvania as a Research Intern, where he contributed valuable insights and data analysis to support the firm's commercial research efforts. His dedication and performance led to a full-time position as a Research Analyst, where he now applies his expertise to analyze market trends, evaluate commercial property data, and support strategic decision-making.
