Joel Kreider joined Lee & Associates as a Principal and specializes in industrial sales and leasing. Mr. Kreider has practiced in the commercial real estate industry for over 35 years with expertise in commercial landlord and tenant representation, facility acquisition projects, asset disposition, build-to-suit development and site selection services. He has represented his clients across the country from Brockton, MA to the Inland Empire. Joel is the Broker of Record for Lee & Associates in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Delaware, Virginia and West Virginia.

As a transactional broker, Joel has represented his clients in hundreds of agency leasing, acquisition, site selection, disposition and build-to-suit projects throughout Pennsylvania and across the country. His recent successes include landlord representation of a 1.8M SF warehouse in Shippensburg which was leased to Walmart, the redevelopment of 485 St. Johns Church Road in Mechanicsburg; the 456,810 SF property was 100% leased prior to completion of construction and tenant representation in the build-to-suit lease of a Columbia Gas operations center and first of its kind training facility in Beaver County, PA. Joel’s unique experience includes industrial park ownership, development and property management. His development and property management background provides him with a perspective aligned with many of his clients, allowing him to provide a higher level of service in each transaction.
