Mr. Christine joined Lee & Associates Asset Services team in April 2022. Mr. Christine brings over 28 years of experience in managing commercial real estate including Industrial, multi-site office, retail, and flex properties. Located in Central PA, Mr. Christine’s proximity to the assets he serves allows for a hands-on approach, providing exceptional service to clients and tenants, focusing on ownership objectives to execute best-in-class management plans.

Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Mr. Christine was employed with Link Logistics where he managed a 13.7 million square foot industrial portfolio in the Central Pennsylvania region and
also 8 million square foot Industrial portfolio for Cushman and Wakefield. He also managed multi-site properties in the Central PA area for Cedar Realty Trust, Brandywine Realty Trust, First Commercial Development Co., and Szeles Real Estate Co. Responsibilities included creating and managing operating and capital improvement budgets; managing TI and capital projects; writing and negotiating bids for service contracts, fostering positive working relationships with vendors and created positive tenant relationships. In addition, Mr. Christine's experience in all phases of property services, managing maintenance services and Harrisburg mechanical contractors is a valuable asset.
