Matthew Allen, JD is an Executive Vice President of Lee & Associates of Eastern Pennsylvania LLC. Matt is a broker at the firm with a transactional focus on the acquisition and disposition of industrial properties, multi-family properties, office properties and specialty properties throughout Pennsylvania.
Matt has worked in commercial real estate since 2020. Immediately prior to 2020, Matt was an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley Investment Management, Inc., where he worked for over 22 years. His responsibilities there included the review, analysis, coordination and consummation of all institutional private equity fund investments and co-investments globally for a $12b business. Matt also acted as co-COO in the management and coordination of the U.S. investment team’s operations.
