Michael has 38 years of diverse real estate experience, starting as an industrial real estate broker where he focused on land development opportunities. He was a Founding and Managing Partner of an affordable housing development firm, and later served as Director at a regional residential homebuilder. Most recently, he co-founded a land development firm focused on special opportunities. His extensive industry experience makes him a valuable resource for clients.

Before joining Lee & Associates, Michael specialized in industrial real estate with Colliers Philadelphia, where he spearheaded the firm’s largest transaction and managed several other high-profile deals having represented local and national institutional clients. He earned recognition as Rookie of the Year from the Philadelphia Board of Realtors and Broker of the Year from Rouse and Associates.

Michael founded OKKS Development, focusing on large scale public/private partnership development and the construction of hundreds of affordable housing units in Philadelphia. The firm was awarded Deal of the Year by the Philadelphia Business Journal. He later transitioned to market-rate residential development as Director at Judd Builders, a subsidiary of The DePaul Group where his direct responsibilities included daily operations and all land acquisition and entitlement activities. Most recently, Michael established Rocky Run Development LLC, concentrating on acquiring and developing raw land in the Philadelphia Metro Area. His extensive experience in land development, Brownfields Redevelopment including engineering, entitlement, and permitting, offers him a unique perspective for evaluating opportunities and assisting clients with complex needs and requirements.
