This facility is equipped with 70 enclosed positions, a fully fenced and gated yard, and an 11,040 SF service facility. The strategic positioning near I-585, I-85, I-26, and the Greer Inland Port enhances its logistical efficiency, making it a pivotal asset in the Southeastern transportation corridor.

Prior to closing, the buyer successfully executed a new direct lease with Landair Transport, Inc., a subsidiary of Covenant Logistics Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: CVLG), a national transportation company with capabilities in expedited, dedicated, warehousing, and managed freight transportation.
