FRANK PHILLIPS

Frank Phillips brings over three decades of professional experience to Lee & Associates, having served 21 years in the United States Air Force, followed by roles in landscaping, law enforcement, and land surveying. A resident of Campobello, SC, Frank’s background is marked by leadership, technical skills, and a passion for service. His diverse experiences and dedication to community involvement, including his role as Vice President of the Joe R and Joella F Utley Foundation, position him as a trusted advisor and leader in the commercial real estate space.
