His team represents warehouse and industrial outdoor storage owners across both states. With over ten years of industrial real estate experience, his specialties include tenant representation, sales, leasing, and development.
Jordan holds his SIOR designation, a professional symbol of the highest level of knowledge, production, and ethics in the real estate industry. Real estate professionals who have earned the SIOR designation are recognized by corporate real estate executives, commercial real estate brokers, agents, lenders, and other real estate professionals as the most capable and experienced brokerage practitioners in the market.
Jordan began interning with The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company while attending Clemson University. During his time with Whiting-Turner, he worked with various Fortune 500 companies specializing in industrial development. After receiving a Construction Science and Management degree from Clemson University, Jordan worked as a Project Coordinator. After several years in the construction industry, Jordan moved back to his hometown of Spartanburg to pursue a career in industrial real estate.
In their free time, Jordan and his wife, Jamie, enjoy the many outdoor activities that Upstate, SC offers. His hobbies include golfing, fishing, and hunting.
