Steve brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record in organizational leadership and operational management, making him a valuable addition to our team.

Steve Day holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Certificate in Organizational Leadership from Harvard Business School Online. His career spans various industries where he has consistently driven revenue growth and organizational improvements. Steve’s journey began with prominent roles at Coca-Cola Bottling Co. and Pepsi Bottling Group, where he led sales and distribution initiatives that significantly boosted volume, market share, and profitability. His expertise was further honed at Red Bull North America and Big Red, Inc., where he built and optimized company-owned sales and distribution systems.

In the past decade, Steve transitioned to the nonprofit sector, serving as the Executive Director in full-time ministry. During this time, he managed substantial operating budgets and played a crucial role in financial stewardship and human resources leadership, leaving a lasting positive impact.

At Lee & Associates, Steve will leverage his extensive experience to enhance organizational effectiveness and lead strategic initiatives, ensuring the firm’s continued growth and success in the Greenville/Spartanburg area. His role will encompass overseeing daily operations and spearheading the property management division, focusing on delivering exceptional service and value to our clients.

Steve is not only a dedicated professional but also an active community member. He volunteers for various organizations, including Habitat for Humanity and Harvest Hope, and is involved in ministry activities such as Children’s VBS and EggVenture.
