Andrew Harrill represented the Landlord, Remoca Corporation, in the 1,200 SF lease of 103 E Butler Rd, Ste J in Mauldin, SC. The Tenant was Sound & Vision, LLC.
Elledge Willis, Jordan Skellie and Randall Bentley represented both parties in the 2,500 SF lease of 316 Business Parkway, Suite B in Greer, SC. The Tenant was Berliner Seilfabrik Play Equipment Corporation and the Landlord was Wazuflex Company, LLC.
