Ashley Trantham joined Lee & Associates Greenville in June 2015 and quickly developed a strong commercial client base. She is exceptional at understanding her client’s needs and working to find them the best options in their ideal area. Being connected in the community is key to understanding each market and its needs which is why Ashley, an Upstate native, is a member of several local organizations. Her family owns and operates a multi-million dollar company called Happy Cow Creamery, which employs 16 employees. She understands what it takes to help run a successful company and passes this knowledge on to her clients.
In Ashley’s first year with Lee & Associates Greenville, she successfully listed $10,000,000 worth of property. Her client list ranges from multi-million dollar investors to Greenville locals embarking on start-up concepts. In addition to her many community outreach activities, Ashley proudly serves her community and her state as one of South Carolina’s State House Representatives, in District 28.
While currently serving her state and country as a State Representative she has become a part of several Committees including the South Carolina Agriculture Committee as well as the South Carolina Workforce for Health Task-force. Ashley is passionate about this state and this country and serving her clients and her constituents to the best of her ability.
