Payton Drake, a native of Atlanta, Georgia, recently joined the Lee & Associates Greenville/Spartanburg team as an Associate. Payton brings a strong foundation in real estate and a passion for delivering exceptional service to his clients.
A graduate of Wofford College in South Carolina, Payton earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. During his time at Wofford, he gained hands-on experience in the commercial real estate sector through internships with Martin Land Company in Atlanta and Industrial Property Group in Gainesville, Georgia. These roles allowed him to develop expertise in property management, market research, and client relationship building, providing a well-rounded skill set for his career in real estate.
Payton holds a Georgia Real Estate Salesman License, which complements his deep understanding of market trends and property dynamics. His ability to analyze data, develop actionable strategies, and connect with clients makes him an asset to the Lee & Associates team.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Payton is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys golfing, hunting, and spending time at the lake.
