Lee & Associates- Houston Represents Chicago Title in 9,417 SF Office Lease Renewal

JULY 25, 2017 (HOUSTON) – Lee & Associates- Houston, a nationwide leader in commercial real estate services, represented Chicago Title of Texas, LLC in a 9,417 square foot office lease renewal at 3700 Buffalo Speedway in Central Houston.

“As this location serves as Chicago Title’s Houston headquarters and inner loop office, it was a favorable decision for Chicago Title to remain within the Greenway Plaza submarket and continue to serve as a key tenant in the building,” said Chris Nash, associate at Lee & Associates– Houston.

Chicago Title has opted to relocate its offices to the top floor of the building. The new facility will be redesigned to further elevate the quality of space to both employees and clientele, as well as offer clear views of Houston’s skyline.
