JANUARY 23, 2018 (HOUSTON) – Lee & Associates – Houston, a nationwide leader in commercial real estate services, is proud to announce that Thomas Leger, principal, receives his Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designation.

Leger specializes in industrial leasing, representing tenants and landlords, and industrial sales, representing owners, buyers or investors, as well as design-build and build-to-suits, focusing primarily on manufacturing and distribution properties over the Greater Houston area.

The SIOR designation is a highly sought-after professional achievement for the most qualified, successful, and experienced commercial real estate practitioners. To become a SIOR designee, applicants must meet the following established requirements: have a minimum of five years’ experience, provide proof of gross deal production, obtain two formal endorsements from active SIOR members, complete coursework and pass an entrance exam.

Prior to working at Lee & Associates, Leger held a senior broker position at TNRG for more than six years. He holds a Bachelor of Science and Technology degree in industrial and construction technology from Texas State University.
