MAY 16 , 2018 (HOUSTON) – Lee & Associates – Houston, a nationwide leader in commercial real estate services, announces C.E. “Trey” Erwin, III as a senior director of the industrial team. Erwin specializes in tenant and acquisition representation, contract negotiation and landlord and disposition representation, specifically in Houston’s South, Southwest and East Submarkets.

Trey joins Lee & Associates – Houston from Colliers International, where he worked as the senior vice president of Industrial Advisory. During his tenure at Colliers International, he was a top revenue producer from 2015 – 2017. Since 2012, Erwin has transacted and advised in over 6,000,000 square feet of industrial transactions with a total consideration of $150,000,000. Erwin holds a MBA and a master’s in Real Estate Development from Texas A&M University and is a board member of the Houston Furniture Bank.
