Chris specializes in the evaluation of lease facilities for occupiers of office space, including renewals, expansions, consolidations, and relocations. Chris’s negotiation tactics and his belief in diversifying business development efforts using creative marketing tools has made him a stand out amongst his peers. Since joining Lee and Associates in 2015 as an associate, Chris has sourced the vast majority of his own transactions and was recognized as the office's top-producing associate in both 2016 and 2017. Due to his outstanding success and work ethic, Chris was promoted to director-status at the beginning of 2018.

Connect Media's Next Generation Award is presented to 51 young leaders throughout the U.S. who are seen as influential in the commercial real estate industry and are known for their drive, talent and fresh ideas.
