The SIOR designation is a highly sought-after professional achievement for the most qualified, successful, and experienced commercial real estate practitioners. To become an SIOR designee, applicants must meet the following established requirements: have a minimum of five years’ experience, provide proof of gross deal production, obtain two formal endorsements from active SIOR members, complete coursework and pass an entrance exam.

Erwin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance degree from Texas State University and an M. B. A. and Master of Science in Land Development from Texas A&M University.
