Each quarter, CoStar recognizes brokers and their top deals based on price and square footage. These deals can include sales and leases on various property types including office, industrial, flex, retail, multifamily, health care, hospitality, student housing, specialty and sports and entertainment.

Schmidt, Vestal and McGee received a Power Broker Quarterly Deals Award for their work on a 90,037-square-foot lease to Paradise Grills at 21420 Northwest Freeway, 290 Distribution Center, in Cypress, Texas. The distribution facility sits on 8.65 acres and is owned and developed by Molto Properties.
