Mike has established a remarkable career spanning over 21 years with more than $1.5 billion in transactions. Spears represents users of industrial buildings (both sales and leases) as well as investment properties in the Greater Houston area.

As Managing Principal, Mike leads the Lee & Associates – Houston team with a sincere attitude and coach-player mentality. Mike also served as the President of CompassionateLEE, a 501(c)(3) foundation, established by the Lee & Associates Network to help those in need.
