October 15, 2024 (HOUSTON) – Lee & Associates – Houston, a nationwide leader in commercial real estate services, is excited to announce the strategic addition of Brandi Dees as Senior Director, specializing in retail and land transactions for corporate national clients. For more than 20 years, Dees has focused on corporate acquisitions and dispositions, tenant representation and land transactions by managing the entire real estate process. Notable national tenants include Five Guys Burgers, Jack in the box, Comcast/Xfinity and Seattle’s Best Coffee in the greater Houston and surrounding areas.

Additionally, Dees has built out a niche business in Retail Fuel Services, where she led Shell Oil Company in acquiring and disposing hundreds of sites in North America, totaling more than $200 million in transaction volume. She also managed a team of brokers and staff in full, end-to-end real estate services for Shell Oil Company, including building a robust pipeline of new fuel retail deals in North America with full property management of all retail locations.

Dees has secured other notable fuel services transactions throughout her career, including a multi-national electric vehicle (EV) charging account, which included building a team of professionals to run the day-to-day operations. She has also represented Exxon Mobil in the leasing, purchasing and sales of Exxon Mobil sites in the Houston area.

Dees has won multiple awards over career, including Outstanding Operational Excellence – USA and HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment) Contractor of the Year from Shell Oil Company.
