APRIL 3, 2017 (HOUSTON) – EnerMech Mechanical Services, Inc. leased 20,700 square feet at Port Place Business Park, located at 218 N. Preston Ave., in Pasadena, Texas.

Lee & Associates– Houston’s principals Reed Vestal and Taylor Schmidt represented the landlord, Mag Preston, LLC, and JLL’s Ryan Barbles represented the tenant. The park’s developer will break ground on a new spec 15,000 square feet tilt-wall building this month.
