Lee & Associates – Houston Promotes Robert LaCoure to Principal of Office Division

MAY 9, 2017 (HOUSTON) – Lee & Associates – Houston, a nation-wide leader in commercial real estate services, announced the promotion of Robert LaCoure from director to principal of its Office division. The announcement was made by Mike Spears, Managing Principal of Lee & Associates – Houston.

LaCoure joined the Houston office of Lee & Associates in 2015 and specializes in project leasing, tenant representation, and corporate real estate. He has negotiated leases in submarkets nationwide, but with a predominant emphasis in the greater Houston area. LaCoure mainly focuses on marketing and strategy implementation, financial analysis, and lending lease reviews and negotiations.

Throughout his career, LaCoure has developed immense technical knowledge of the commercial real estate process, which gives him a broad understanding of the important principles that must be incorporated into every unique transaction.

LaCoure graduated from Texas State University with two degrees in mass communication and communication design and is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Texas.
