Four Lee & Associates – Houston Brokers Named Houston Business Journal’s 2017 Heavy Hitters

MAY 11, 2017 (HOUSTON) – Lee & Associates – Houston, a nation-wide leader in commercial real estate services, is pleased to announce four brokers have been named finalists in Houston Business Journal’s 2017 Heavy Hitters.

Mike Spears, SIOR, CCIM, managing principal, and Robert McGee, SIOR, principal, were named in the industrial sector, and Taylor Schmidt, SIOR, CCIM, principal and Reed Vestal, SIOR, CCIM, principal were named in the land sector.

The HBJ selected 118 commercial real estate brokers from 23 Houston-based brokerages as this year’s Heavy Hitters, all of whom were chosen based on their gross dollar volume of deals completed in 2016. Collectively, all four brokers represented more than $160 million in commercial real estate transactions in the greater Houston area.
