Lee & Associates – Houston Completes Office Lease for Geosyntec Consultants at One Westchase Center

JUNE 1, 2017 (HOUSTON) – Lee & Associates – Houston, a nation-wide leader in commercial real estate services, successfully completed a 9,377-square-foot office lease for Geosyntec Consultants at One Westchase Center, 10777 Westheimer Rd, in Houston.

Geosyntec Consultants opted to remain in the Westchase district because of the proximity to its employee base and clients and to continue growing its 20-year presence in the area.

“Westchase is an established submarket that has seen a lot of fluctuation in the need for office space from companies associated with the oil patch,” said Rob Johnson, director at Lee & Associates – Houston, who represented the tenant. “The area is receiving a lot of attention, from brokers and tenants alike, due to the tenant friendly market where landlords are competing for a limited number of deals.”

One Westchase Center offers Geosyntec and its employees a wide array of amenities including an onsite dining, fitness center, and conference center. It is currently undergoing a major lobby renovation, which will feature shared seating and collaboration areas for tenants and visitors.

The office space was leased from Investcorp, which was represented by Louann Pereira, Doug Little and Amanda Lee App at Transwestern.
