Two Seasoned Senior Directors Join Firm

 

April 2022 (HOUSTON) – Lee & Associates – Houston, a nationwide leader in commercial real estate services, announces Bill Insull, CCIM, and Blake R. Virgilio, SIOR, CCIM, have joined its Agency Leasing brokerage team. Both will serve as Senior Directors strengthening Lee & Associates’ office team. Together the pair brings with them 1.5 million square feet across multiple assets, strengthening Lee’s growing office portfolio.

Insull brings more than 30 years of diversified real estate and business background to his approach to representing building owners. With more than 1,000 lease transactions completed on behalf of owners in San Francisco and Houston, he employs versatile, innovative approaches to creating, managing, and executing programs that target client and tenant needs to meet and exceed desired results.

Virgilio represents the interests of office building owners in a strategic and effective manner. A Houston native with over 13 years of experience in commercial real estate, he has developed direct expertise in marketing, research, finance and transaction negotiation skills. His extensive transaction history represents over $300 million in volume totaling 500 transactions.
