Lee & Associates- Houston Completes Multiple Industrial Sales Within Intercontinental Crossing Business Park

JULY 18, 2017 (HOUSTON) – Lee & Associates- Houston, a nationwide leader in commercial real estate services, represented Terry Allen Enterprises in the sale of a 15,000 square foot building in Intercontinental Crossing Business Park in North Houston.

Lee & Associates- Houston principal’s Robert McGee, SIOR, and Thomas Leger represented the seller, and Clint Hankla of Northwinds Commercial Realty, LLC, represented the buyer, 18720 Intercontinental, LLC.

Hankla also represented 18720 Intercontinental, LLC, in purchasing an additional 2.9 acres of land, adjacent to the 15,000 square foot building, in the Intercontinental Crossing Business Park. Robert McGee represented the seller, C&E Construction, LLC.

The Intercontinental Crossing Business Park is a new development owned by The National Realty Group, Inc. (TNRG), which is strategically located near George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH). Named North Houston’s Premier Business Park, Intercontinental Crossing totals 119 acres of land with various sites ranging from two to 24 acres, all including off-site detention and utilities.
