Mary serves as the Industrial Research Manager for Lee & Associates – Houston with over 30+ years of experience in commercial real estate research. She works directly with local market leaders on various research initiatives, while collaborating closely with brokers to drive research data collection. With this data she provides insights to better assist clients, predict market trends and drive business development.

Mary oversees a team of five skilled research analysts with great passion as they encompass data management from the basis of data collection. From the initial data collection phase to meticulous data scrubbing and auditing, Mary and her team ensure the delivery of a high-quality final product.

In addition, Mary prepares quarterly market reports for the local and national markets for the industrial, office and retail property types. Prior to joining Lee & Associates Houston, Mary led the Cushman & Wakefield industrial research team and Liberty Property Trust’s market research for the industrial leasing and development teams along with managing the local marketing efforts. Her diverse experience has solidified her reputation as a stalwart figure in commercial real estate research.
