Ashley serves as a property assistant for the Lee Management Services team, a division of Lee & Associates – Houston. Prior to joining, she began her career in property management in 2023, when she joined the City of Chesapeake Department of Planning as a Management Analyst, where she focused on day-to-day operations and strategic planning. Prior to this, Ashley worked in similar capacities with the City of Norfolk's Department of Utilities and the Department of Fiscal & Business Services, gaining extensive experience in managing operational workflows, budget preparation, and financial oversight.

In her current role, Ashley plays an integral part in managing the property’s daily operations while maintaining a strong focus on tenant satisfaction and enhancing the overall value of the property. She assists with a range of responsibilities, including managing lease administration, ensuring compliance with lease provisions, and maintaining accurate rent rolls. Ashley is also involved in overseeing onsite accounting, operations analysis, and budget preparation, ensuring that all fiscal activities are properly managed to maximize the property's performance.

With her well-rounded background in operations management, fiscal analysis, and tenant relations, Ashley is committed to ensuring the smooth operation of the property, fostering positive relationships with tenants, and contributing to the long-term success and value of the building.
