Roland Weathers is a highly experienced IT professional with over 16 years of expertise in the field. Currently serving as an IT Director for Houston and DFW at Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services since 2016, Roland has demonstrated strong leadership and technical expertise in various roles throughout his career. In his current role, Roland also serves on the DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) board for Lee & Associates, showcasing his commitment to promoting an inclusive and diverse work environment.
