He has developed countless relationships with both lenders and borrowers and has successfully delivered loans throughout Houston and the country. Toby also has experience placing debt, equity and joint venture structure finance and takes price in overseeing every aspect of the deal life cycle, from its inception to lender and investor approval, closing and eventual disposition.
