Ashley serves as a property assistant for the Lee Management Services team, a division of Lee & Associates – Houston. Prior to joining, she began her career in 2019 at Coton House Realty, where she worked as a realtor, before moving on to HomeSpace Real Estate in 2023, continuing to hone her skills as a realtor. Since 2023, Ashley has also served as an Amenities Assistant at Brookfield Properties, providing crucial administrative support to the Property Management team.

Ashley’s responsibilities include offering prompt, courteous, and professional responses to tenant requests, assisting with vendor service agreements, preparing detailed business reports, and coordinating communications during emergencies.

Her experience in compiling budget information and maintaining professional relationships with all stakeholders has made Ashley an invaluable asset to the property management team. Ashley is committed to providing exceptional service and support to both her team and the tenants she serves, making her a key member of the Property Management department.
