A Houston native with over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, he has developed direct expertise in marketing, research, finance and transaction negotiation skills. Blake's extensive transaction history represents over $400 million in volume totaling 750 transactions.
He consistently averages 80 transactions a year totaling 3.0M SF. Blake's comprehensive approach focuses solely on his client's goals. Through thorough financial and strategic marketing plans, Blake delivers proven results to his clients both on a local and national level. Blake's clients say his urgency, result-driven focus and timely response have brought measurable economic value to their office properties.
Blake started his career at Caldwell Companies, where he was consistently a top producer at both in-house and third-party leasing assisgnments. After 10 years, Blake transitioned to Colliers where he started the Agency Leasing group, growing the portfolio to over 2.2M SF.
In his free time, Blake enjoys spending time with his wife and 4 children. He spends his weekends attending scout campouts, grilling, coaching sports, almost never playing golf, and getting out into the country.
