Chris joined Lee & Associates after co-founding and serving Commercial Resource Capital for more than 20 years. During that time, he developed countless relationships with both lenders and borrowers to deliver loans in Houston and nationally. He has experience placing debt, equity and joint venture structure finance. Chris has a comprehensive commercial real estate background, where his experience as loan producer, investor, developer and broker serve in when handling today’s transactions.
