She leads a dedicated team of research analysts, guiding them through all phases of the research process—from initial data collection to thorough data scrubbing and quality assurance. Under her leadership, the team consistently delivers accurate, high-quality research products.

Mary is also responsible for producing quarterly market reports across the industrial, office, and retail sectors at both the local and national levels. Before joining Lee & Associates – Houston, she led the industrial research team at Cushman & Wakefield and managed market research and marketing efforts for Liberty Property Trust’s industrial leasing and development teams. Her extensive and diverse background has earned her a respected reputation as a leader in commercial real estate research.
