Preston Yaggi, SIOR, CCIM joined Lee & Associates – Houston in 2015 as a principal. Over the course of his career, Preston has been involved in numerous transactions where he has represented sellers, buyers, landlords, and tenants. A graduate of Texas A&M University, Preston’s educational background combined with extensive hands-on experience have helped him obtain a high-level of knowledge about the brokerage industry.

Preston specializes in the leasing and sales of industrial properties, as well as the design-build and build-to-suit processes. While he has been involved in many deals throughout the Houston market and surrounding areas, he focuses on the Northwest and West sub-markets of the city. He is consistently a top producer at the firm and participates in over 50 deals annually.

Preston has become an active member in both the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and has received his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation. The SIOR membership represents a professional with the highest level of knowledge, production, and ethics in the industry with only 2,800 practitioners who hold it worldwide. CCIM designees are recognized as leading experts in commercial investment real estate. Preston also earned
the NAIOP’s Industrial Rising Star Award in 2014, which is awarded to the top producer for the Houston area with five years or less of experience.
