Thomas Leger is a principal at Lee & Associates – Houston. With over 15 years of real estate experience and extensive knowledge of the construction industry, Thomas has established himself as a leading commercial and industrial broker at the firm. He represents clients in a wide array of spec development projects, investment deals and leasing opportunities throughout the Greater Houston area.

Thomas’ success can be attributed to his innate ability to listen and recognize every client’s unique real estate transaction. With a firm understanding of how the industrial development process works, from locating land parcels to completing lease or sale of the project, he has represented all parties involved: landlords and tenants, as well as buyers and sellers.

The opportunity to serve on all sides of the table has allowed him to support clients year after year, translating into numerous closings and notable off-market transactions. To date, Thomas has completed 12 million-square-feet of industrial and commercial leases with a combined transaction value in excess of $380 million, which has earned him a place on Houston Business Journal’s Heavy Hitters list for three consecutive years in 2018, 2019 and 2020.

Thomas has a Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designation and is an active member of the National Association for Industrial and Office Professionals (NAIOP). Away from the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Jessica, and daughters, James and Charlie.
