Vishal serves as Assistant Construction Manager for the Lee Management Services team, a division of Lee & Associates – Houston. Currently enrolled in the Master of Science in Real Estate program at the C.T. Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston, Vishal is dedicated to leveraging his academic knowledge to drive successful construction projects.

Prior to joining Lee & Associates – Houston Vishal's experience as a Retail Lead at RTIC Outdoors equipped him with essential leadership and management skills, allowing him to effectively oversee team dynamics and drive sales performance.

In his current role, Vishal excels in facilitating project planning by defining scope, goals, and deliverables, while collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure adherence to project specifications. He meticulously tracks project expenditures, identifies cost-saving opportunities, and maintains clear communication among stakeholders.

With a commitment to accuracy, he ensures that project documentation is up-to-date and presents regular status updates to keep all parties informed.
