Lee & Associates Idaho Announces New Partner

Boise, Idaho – Lee & Associates Idaho, LLC a national commercial real estate firm, is pleased to announce Russ Vawter has made partner. He joins a team of eight dedicated Principals, who are committed to ensuring the continued success of Lee & Associates Idaho.

Russ has an extensive amount of experience in the Nampa/Caldwell submarket and his expertise has been displayed through his success  and is well respected in the commercial real estate community

Russ has facilitated over 41 transactions in his past two years at Lee & Associates Idaho, representing buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants Idaho’s commercial real estate market.

For many years, Russ has specialized in the sales, leasing & build to suit of retail, office, industrial and investment properties. Additional experience for Russ includes commercial real estate development, leasing, construction packaging and 1031 Tax deferred exchange.

In addition to brokerage, Russ has constructed his own commercial and residential real estate investments including retail, office, warehousing, aircraft hangars and residential projects. He has also operated businesses in retail, automotive, distribution, real estate, advertising and farming. Presently Russ is raising corn seed, onion seed, alfalfa and weeds in Caldwell Idaho and also enjoys golfing, flying, fishing and spending time with his family.
