Austin specializes in investment sales and leasing, asset disposition, strategic acquisitions across various asset classes, including office, retail, multifamily, and industrial properties.

Austin began his college career at Sacramento State University, where he was recruited to play collegiate athletics. He later transferred to Boise State University, earning a business degree with an emphasis in finance. Today, Austin leverages his extensive financial expertise in the Idaho commercial real estate market.
