Biography
Jesse joins Lee & Associates with 22 years in the residential real estate business, having successfully completed over 600 transactions including multifamily investments, single family investments, new construction, and infill development. This experience has helped him evolve into an effective negotiator, detail oriented, and client focused real estate professional. Priding himself in the relational side of the transaction Jesse has built a business of constant repeat and referral clients.
Recruited by Boise State Jesse moved to Boise from Montana on a full ride wrestling scholarship and has lived here since. Jesse uses his mental skills, work ethic, and tenacity learned from wrestling and applies them to his everyday business and life. Having lived in the valley working in real estate throughout the years of growth and development, Jesse has a keen pulse on the local market dynamics and trends. An avid runner Jesse has completed several marathons including Boston, New York, Chicago, and Berlin.
