Biography
Brian A. Herbert is a Principal of Lee & Associates Idaho, LLC., a full-service commercial real estate brokerage and member of the Lee & Associates group of companies. He specializes in investment sales & leasing of retail properties throughout Idaho & representing companies across the Nation.
A former pro hockey player, Brian has been applying his competitive drive on behalf of his clients as a commercial real estate broker over the past nine years. He has successfully executed in excess of $1 billion in sales and lease transactions over the past five years.
Among his most recent notable transactions, Brian represented the tenant and landlord in the lease of a 55,000 SF fitness facility in Phoenix, AZ and the development/lease of a new Human Bean in Star, ID.
