Biography

River Curtis is a Senior Associate with Lee & Associates specializing in the industrial and office markets with a focus on sales, leasing, and investment throughout the State of Idaho. He has facilitated over $30 Million in transaction volume covering more than 400,000 square feet of industrial and office space in Idaho. He has completed his CCIM 101 course after receiving the Gary Hawkins Scholarship for CCIM and was recently accepted as a Member Associate SIOR, further demonstrating his commitment to developing a strong knowledge base to better serve clients.

River began his professional career in the Silicon Valley real estate tech world at Zumper, and ultimately opted to return to Boise where he had graduated from Boise State University. In 2017, River completed an internship with the Boise based Cushman & Wakefield Retail team. He later joined the firm as an industrial specialist and worked with them for over 3 years.

River enjoys being outdoors and taking advantage of the amazing features surrounding Boise. In the winter, River is an avid skier and competed in moguls throughout his scholastic days with the Sun Valley Freestyle Team. In the summer, you can find him on the Bogus bike trails or surfing the river wave at Whitewater Park. River has the persistence and commitment to give clients the highest level of service and knows how to educate investors, tenants, and landlords on Idaho’s market and opportunity.
