RJ Walker is an Associate of Lee & Associates Idaho, LLC, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage and member of the Lee & Associates group of companies. After graduating from The College of Idaho, he joined the team full time in September 2020. While at The College of Idaho, RJ was a member of the football and lacrosse programs where he helped lead the lacrosse team to two conference titles, two national tournament appearances, and an appearance in the Final Four. In addition to focusing on industrial, land and office spaces, RJ is a part-time staff member at the Fellowship of Christian Athletes leading Idaho's Motocross outreach ministry.

While interning at Personify Financial, RJ was instrumental in building a cash flow analysis model which has given him valuable experience in financial evaluation for the commercial real estate industry. In addition, he has had the opportunity to intern at a local commercial construction company and participate in construction management. RJ graduated with a degree in Business Administration and minors in Psychology, Art and Design, giving him experience in business settings and the power of relationships along with a creative mind and knowledge of the functions of human behavior.
