Craig has specialized in older facilities and finding added value for clients. Several of the properties have required reconditioning and division of buildings to lease to smaller tenants. These modifications to properties have yielded increased annual net income for property owners, as well as higher sale values when a sale was concluded at a later date. Craig has exclusively represented Fortune 500 companies with his specialty in solving problems and drafting complex documents. Craig is a native Southern Californian, having grown up in West Los Angeles, and attended Loyola Marymount University on a full athletic scholarship. He resides in Palos Verdes, California where he raised his 4 sons, now all college graduates.

  • 1977: Made Commissions in Excess of his paid salary.
  • 1978-1981: Doubled his income for three (3) consecutive years.
  • 1982: Became one of the top income producers at Heger Realty Corporation.
  • 1983-1995: Frequently was the top producer and never lower than 3rd ranking at Heger Realty Corporation.
  • 1996-2004: Recruited by William Lee with others to open the Lee & Associates Commerce office as a Managing Principal and became Secretary of the corporation.
  • 2005-2014: Resigned from management and continued with Industrial Brokerage career.
  • 2015-Present: Holds title of President, Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Secretary, together with servicing my clients with expertise since 1976
