Jake Arellano began his career at Lee & Associates in 2017, while in college, by interning with one of the top industrial real estate brokers in Southern California. After graduating from USC in 2020, Jake joined as a full time broker, with he and his team focusing on industrial buildings in Southern California. Jake is an industrial real estate specialist creating added value in sale and lease transactions to building Owners, Developers, Buyers, and Tenants. Jake’s exceptional skills and market knowledge help assess the needs of his team’s clients. The ability to navigate through the transaction process from negotiations and through the closing all while ensuring the clients experience is seamless.
