Biography
Specializing in Industrial Brokerage
Kevin started his career in Commercial Real Estate in 2008 managing a family owned portfolio of Retail Shopping Centers and Multi-Family Apartment Buildings in the San Gabriel Valley. His increasing interest in Real Estate led him to join Lee & Associates in 2011 after graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from USC. Teaming up with industry veteran, Jeff Bethel, Kevin chose to specialize in the Leasing and Sales of Industrial Buildings in the sub-markets of San Gabriel Valley and the West Inland Empire. He has consistently remained one of the top performing associates and within 5 years of joining the company, he became the youngest shareholder and principal. His intense focus and friendly demeanor has made him a popular rising star in the local brokerage community.
Professional Recognition
As a Commercial Real Estate Advisor, Kevin has represented the interest of multiple Landlords and Tenant/Buyers in Los Angeles County. During his 10 year career at Lee & Associates, Kevin has completed over 3,000,000 sq. ft. of industrial transactions totaling over $350M in gross consideration. He works closely with his clients to achieve their immediate real estate needs and long term financial goals. His negotiation expertise and market knowledge has helped him tremendously in facilitating complicated real estate transactions. Being bilingual in English and Mandarin, Kevin has been able to comfortably connect Buyers and Tenants with Sellers and Owners of various backgrounds. He is a strong believer that success is built on a foundation of hard work, honesty and cooperation.
