Michael was born in Louisiana and raised in Southern California. He spent 4 years working in Asia and is fluent in Mandarin. Michael loves real estate and enjoys his role as a real estate advisor. Michael assists his clients with Acquisitions, Dispositions, Leasing, Value Add Engineering, Financial Analysis, Development, and Best Use Analysis. He is continuously improving his skill set and has obtained the SIOR and CCIM designations.

Michael is a seasoned real estate professional specializing in the sales and leasing of industrial, land, and investment properties. He joined Lee & Associates® in 2006 and has since demonstrated remarkable prowess in the industry.

Throughout his career, Michael has successfully completed hundreds of lease and sale transactions, amassing an impressive portfolio totaling over 20 million square feet. These transactions have commanded a total consideration exceeding $1.5 billion, underscoring his unparalleled expertise in real estate.

One of Michael's distinctive strengths lies in his fluency in Mandarin, enabling him to foster invaluable relationships with companies based in China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong. Michael obtained his MBA from UCLA Anderson and his BA from UC Berkeley. He is active in philanthropy and is a board member of the Asian Pacific Community Fund.
