Patrick Bogan is a Senior Vice President and Shareholder with Lee & Associates® and
specializes in the sale, leasing and development of industrial real estate properties in
the San Gabriel Valley, Western Inland Empire, and Orange County. Patrick has been
an Industrial Property Specialist since July of 1996. He has negotiated more than 525
sale and lease transactions totaling over 16 million square feet, valued in excess of
$800 million dollars.

Patrick is well respected within the real estate industry. He possesses the unique ability
to simplify and resolve complex issues. He is a skilled negotiator and understands all
aspects in making a real estate decision. His creative and strategic thinking helps his
clients make the best decisions.

As an Industrial Real Estate Advisor for Lee & Associates®, Patrick has represented the interests of multiple landlords, developers and tenants in the Eastern San Gabriel Valley, Orange County and Western Inland Empire.
