Spencer Casement is an Associate with Lee & Associates - Industry, Inc. and represents owners and users in the acquisition and disposition of industrial properties and environmentally challenged land sites throughout Southern California.

In 2016, Spencer joined Jeff Huberman and Travis Allan in the Industry, CA office with a focus on the Mid-Counties submarket of Los Angeles. By emphasizing a brokerage approach built on his experience in the legal and energy sectors, Spencer is able to provide clients with a specialized strategy designed to limit expense and streamline the transactional process.

Additionally, as part of Lee & Associates® Corporate Services Group, which utilizes an extensive network of offices across the country, Spencer has the ability to handle his clients transactions personally while maintaining the in-depth market knowledge of a local broker on a national level.

Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Spencer worked with a oil and gas land management firm where he performed acquisition due diligence, lease negotiations and title curative.

Additionally, Spencer also brings his experience in the fields of Business Law and Trust & Estates to discipline of real estate brokerage.
