Travis Allan is a Vice President and Shareholder with Lee & Associates® - Industry, Inc. and represents owners and users in the acquisition and disposition of industrial properties and land sites throughout Southern California.

While competing many various transaction throughout the sub market, Travis has gained a deep understanding of, and relationships with, key players in those communities including but not limited to planning and building officials as well as mayors and mayoral staff. Travis’ expertise and ability to quickly tap into his contacts have proven invaluable to his clients in their desire to expedite transactions due to his ability to gain clear and concise dialogue immediately from the principals involved.

By emphasizing “Best in Class” customer service and a value add approach on every assignment along with implementing a sound, customized strategy for each client, Travis has steadily increased his market presence to no include all parts of Los Angeles and the Inland Empire Areas.

Additionally, as part of Lee & Associates® Corporate Services Group, which utilizes an extensive network of offices across the country, Travis has the ability to handle his clients transactions personally while maintaining the in-depth market knowledge of a local broker on a national level.

As of 2019 Travis has transacted on over $20M of combined transactions to date as first an Associate and then later as a Principal and Shareholder of Lee and Associates – Industry Inc.

Over the span of his entire Sales / Business Development career, Travis has gained professional experience working in Real Estate, Finance, and
Sales/ Business Development.

Prior to joining Lee & Associates®, Travis worked with a boutique corporate restructuring firm in San Francisco, CA

In 2016, Travis was recognized by Lee & Associates® as it’s “Top Associate of the Year” and was the recipient of the Cliff Fincher Award
